Egg yolk coffee is a delicious, pro-metabolic drink for busy moms who don’t have time or desire to eat a full meal first thing in the morning.

cream

maple syrup

egg yolk

scoop
collagen powder
freshly brewed organic coffee
Instructions
Add cream maple syrup to a coffee mug.
Whip with a whisk by hand or use an electric mixer to beat until the mixture is a whipped cream consistency.
Add in 1 egg yolk + 1 scoop of grass-fed bovine collagen (
I use this one
) and whip some more until combined.
Pour hot coffee over top.
Notes
Sometimes I substitute tea for coffee and it's still delicious!
