How to Make Nutritious Bone Broth Hot Chocolate

One of my favorite warm, nutritious drinks to have in lieu of my morning coffee is bone broth hot chocolate

What You'll Need:

– 1/2 cup bone broth – 1/2 cup milk – 1/4 cup heavy cream – 1 T organic cocoa powder – 1 T maple syrup – 1 scoop grass fed beef collagen (optional) – dash of sea salt

Make your nutritious bone broth hot chocolate by heating 1/2 cup homemade bone broth and 1/2 cup milk on the stove to a simmer.

Add 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 T cocoa powder, 1 T maple syrup, and a dash of sea salt to a coffee mug (+ collagen at this time as well if using it)
