Make a to-do list of daily tasks that must be done every day. When you start each day with a plan and stick to it, there are plenty of little moments for rest throughout the day.

Find something you enjoy and can include the kids in, then make it part of your daily routine. Join a family gym, go on long walks, ride bikes, go to parks.
