Egg Yolk Coffee

What You'll Need:

– 2 T cream (raw if you have access) – 1 T maple syrup – 1 egg yolk – 1 scoop collagen powder – freshly brewed organic coffee

Start by adding  2 tablespoons cream and 1 tablespoon  maple syrup to a coffee mug. Whip with a whisk by hand or use an electric mixer to beat until the mixture is a whipped cream consistency.

Add in an egg yolk + 1 scoop of grass-fed bovine collagen (I use this one) and whip some more until combined.
