– ½ cup milk or water – 1 cup fed sourdough starter – salt – 2-2½ cups flour  – olive oil, salt, & herbs (for drizzling & topping the crust)

Start making your sourdough pizza by combining milk, starter, and salt in a large mixing bowl and whisk.
