Pumpkin Spice

This is my personal favorite spice blend that I use in all of my PS recipes.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 2 tablespoons nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon cloves
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake, or in a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Store at room temp in an airtight container.

Notes

Make sure you have a jar with a good seal so moisture doesn't get in.
