Easy Sourdough Blueberry Muffins Recipe

What You'll Need:

1 cup sourdough starter 1/2 cup milk 2/3 cup butter 4 eggs vanilla extract 1 cup sugar 2.5 cup all-purpose flour  baking powder  salt baking soda 2 cups fresh blueberries

Add sourdough starter, butter, eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl or bowl of a stand mixer and mix until smooth.

Mix in the dry ingredients – the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients and mix for 1 minute until the batter is smooth, it will be very thick.

Fold in the blueberries. (Tip: if you use frozen blueberries, toss them in a tablespoon of flour to prevent streaking in the batter).
