Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no pink remains. If you use 80/20 or greater, do not drain the excess fat from the browned meat, just leave it in the skillet as is.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese – pasta, broth, pasta sauce, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders, and Italian seasoning.
